Terms
The terms for using munner.pro and the Munner app. Effective 19 August 2026.
What Munner is
Munner provides software for discovering Model United Nations conferences, registering for them, and keeping a record of participation. It is free to use.
What Munner is not responsible for
Munner does not organise conferences and does not handle payments. Conferences listed on Munner are run by independent organising committees. Fees, refunds, allotments, committee quality, venues, schedules and awards are entirely the responsibility of the conference. Disputes about any of those are between you and the organiser.
Listing on Munner is not an endorsement, partnership or sponsorship, and Munner does not rank conferences.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts found to be impersonating another person, a conference, or an organising body may be suspended.
Records and achievements
Achievements issued by an organising committee are verified records and cannot be edited by the delegate. Entries you add yourself are shown as self-reported. Deliberately entering false achievements may result in removal of the entries or the account. See the Verification Standard for what verification does and does not claim.
Conduct
Do not harass, impersonate, or post content that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. Do not scrape the service or attempt to access data you are not entitled to. Munner may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Organisers
If you run a conference on Munner, you may access delegate registration data only for administering your own conference, must handle CNIC data lawfully and confidentially, and must not retain or reuse it for anything else. CNIC views are audit-logged.
Availability
Munner is provided as it is, without warranty. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
United Nations
Munner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the United Nations. "Model United Nations" describes an independent educational activity.
