For organising committees
You are running a conference out of a Google Form, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet that only one person understands. Munner replaces that, free.
| Step | How it works now | On Munner |
|---|---|---|
| Announcing | An Instagram post, seen by people who already follow you | A listing delegates can find without knowing your handle |
| Registering | A Google Form, copied from last year | Delegate and delegation registration with allotment preferences |
| Identity | A CNIC typed into a spreadsheet cell | Encrypted at rest, readable only by your committee, every view logged |
| Payment proof | Screenshots in a Drive folder set to “anyone with the link” | Restricted storage, links that expire in five minutes |
| Allotments | Sorted by hand, emailed one at a time | Managed in a dashboard, published to delegates |
| Results | A caption listing country names | Issued to each delegate's permanent record |
| Afterwards | The spreadsheet leaves with the committee | The record stays with the delegate |
What it costs
Nothing. There is no listing fee, no per-delegate fee, and no commission — Munner does not process registration payments at all. Delegates pay you exactly as they do today.
What Munner does not do
It does not organise your conference, set your fees, handle your money, or take any position on how you run committee. It is registration infrastructure and a record. Your conference stays yours.
What listing requires
Conferences are reviewed before they appear, so that a delegate handing over a CNIC and a payment screenshot knows a real, identifiable organising body is on the other end. In practice that means confirmed organiser identity, real dates and venue, and a committee list.
The same principle governs achievements — see the Verification Standard.
Why the record matters to you, not just to delegates
Awards you issue become permanent, attributable entries carrying your conference's name. A delegate who wins Best Delegate at your conference in 2026 is still pointing at your conference in 2030 — instead of at a caption that scrolled away, or a certificate in a drawer.
Getting listed
Email musbahrashid12@gmail.com with your conference name, dates, venue and organising body, and we will take it from there. Delegates who want their conference on Munner can send the same email.
