An entry on Munner is issued by the organising committee that ran the committee you sat in, tied to an approved conference, and recorded once. You cannot award yourself one. That is the whole difference, and it is why the record is worth having when someone asks you to prove it four years later.
The pattern above is not one conference's failing — it is how the whole circuit works right now. Registration runs through an Instagram post, a Linktree, a Google Form and a bank-transfer screenshot, and the spreadsheet behind it disappears when the season ends.

Why a CNIC, and where it goesTrust
Conferences collect CNICs to verify that delegates are who they say they are. On Munner a CNIC is encrypted at rest, and can be decrypted only by the organising committee of the conference you registered for — not by other organisers, not by other delegates, not by anyone browsing. Every single view is written to an audit log.
Payment screenshots sit in restricted storage behind links that expire after five minutes, and you can delete your account from settings with thirty days to change your mind.
