What a Karachi MUN actually costs
Real published fees, each with the source it came from. Nobody in the circuit publishes this in one place, so Munner does.
Delegate fees for Model UN in Karachi range from PKR 400 to roughly PKR 8,500 — a spread of about twenty times between the cheapest and the dearest conference in the region. The fee almost never tells you the full cost, because socials and accommodation are usually priced separately.

What is usually included
The delegate fee normally covers your place in committee, materials, lunch across the conference days, and a certificate. It usually does not cover socials, which several conferences sell as a separate ticket — and at least one Pakistani conference charges more for its social package than many Karachi conferences charge for the entire event.
How delegation pricing works
Schools normally send a delegation — a group under a head delegate. Per head this is usually cheaper than registering alone, but some conferences add a one-off delegation fee on top, charged once regardless of how many delegates you bring. If you are budgeting for a school, ask for both numbers before you commit.
Is there help if the fee is a problem?
Sometimes, and it is worth asking. At least one Karachi conference publishes an explicit fee-waiver policy, and another runs both need-based and merit-based scholarships. Cost is a live conversation in this circuit: one conference is named for the common man and charges PKR 400 precisely to make the point.
What Munner charges
Nothing. Munner is free for delegates and free for organisers, and it does not take a cut of registration fees — it does not handle your payment at all. You pay the conference directly, exactly as you do now; Munner carries the proof and the record.
